Mary Abbajay, president of Careerstone Group LLC, delivers leading edge talent and organizational development solutions to business and government.  As a consultant, coach and trainer, she helps clients create dynamic and productive careers and workplaces that foster professional and personal excellence.

She is an adjunct faculty member at George Mason University’s School of Management in Virginia and has taught several programs at both Montgomery College and the Georgetown University Center for Professional Development.

Abbajay is a regular panelist on Clear Channel’s Sunday radio programs, “Women Talk” and “The Working Life,” broadcast in the Washington, D.C. area on WMZQ, WASH-FM, WBIG and DC101.
