Employee Performance Management Evaluation Review Appraisal
Employee performance management connects individual employees to strategic and operational plans by properly aligning performance objectives. The days of the tick-the-box performance appraisal are ending. Businesses now need a way to drive employee behaviours and financial outcomes to scorecard KPI’s, not just report what happened last year. Performance appraisal and review are just part of the evaluation of employee performance against strategic outcomes.
