Effective Performance Management

In any organization it is critical that all individuals work toward the same objectives and goals. They must know what they are expected to do; why they are to do it; and when it must be done. Effective Performance Management: Building a Quality Organization provides the tools necessary for any supervisor, new or old, to develop and implement a solid performance management system to ensure that everyone is working for the same results.
